  • Hey All! I can't do 100 squats all a once, but I've been building up gradually. When I started, I could barely do thirty, now I up to 66.

  • Since doing the 100/day, I can definitely feel a difference! My legs feel super strong now. :) I usually do them with my morning "water fast." So far, its been working for me!

What have you bebefited from this challenge?

I'm up for the challenge, gonna try to do this for at least a week to see how it makes me feel and see what benefits I get from it, Has your metabolism/energy levels skyrocketed? , have you shed a few extra lbs? has your bum or legs gotten noticeably bigger or Toned up? how long did you have to do this to see noticeable results? I'm just curious as to see what I'm in for and how worth it this challenge will be for me if I follow through :DPic kinda related.. only one I had of me in a squat like…

Why 100 squats?

What is the goal of doing 100 squats when doing 30 with heavy weights is more effective? Is this suppose to be an alternative form of cardio or somthing? Or is the goal losing weight in the legs/butt?  I just want to understand the point of doing 100 squats versus 3 sets of 10 with heavy weights (which is what i normally do). I am interested in the reasoning behind this trend and would love to hear some insight.

Am I just really weak or am I doing them wrong?

I joined this group because I want to build strength and stability in my legs/abs, and also want to tone them.I must be really weak, but I can only do 50 squats at a time without plopping to the floor in agony. Really. Am I doing them wrong? I usually put my hands behind my head when I do them, and squat down until my thighs/butt are touching my calves. Am I squatting too far? Should I be bending my legs less?Any help/tips would be appreciated; I feel like such a weakling! :(
