I came across freelee and durianrider on youtube around februari (2014) and i ate only fruit for a month maybe 2 and then i started eating cooked food at the end of the day..
I'm vegan for ethical reasons so at least that fact will never change no matter what.

Hi Taka, Im using hydroxyl b12 at mo but wanna try methyl to c if more effective for me. I found a page on the pernicious society that listed b12 sources inc. methyl but cant find the page anymore n link i had no longer works. please could u tell me what sources u found? have u managed to get some for urself yet?
