Are calories the enemy?

I am 18 and 5ft5 and I run 3-6 times a week with some other workouts it's usually 1-1:30 hours and I eat 3000-4000 I don't know if this is a normal calorie range for me I have some weight to lose. I currently weigh around 140 any advice?

RAWtill4 problems?

Hey y'all I am in need of help. I noticed I have been gaining weight and I know it takes time but sometimes it's hard to follow raw till 4. I sometimes eat cooked carbs for lunch and eat fruit for dinner and I know eating fruit after 4 or cooked meal
